Our hiring process

Step 1

Initial exchange

You will have a discussion with our talent acquisition specialist about certain technical and cultural aspects of the role. He will validate various points such as: your interest in Moov AI, the basis of your technical knowledge, knowing your values, your salary expectations and your availability.

Step 2

The technical test

You’ll receive a technical test that you can do at home (not timed, to be done at your convenience). This test will enable us to verify your technical skills and your ability to solve problems. Your test will then be analyzed by an expert in the field.

Step 3

Technical interview

You’ll talk to a domain expert about the technical issues related to the role. He/she will validate your skills for the position as well as your know-how.

Step 4

Final interview

You come and present your technical test, in the presence of some of your future colleagues. It gives you a chance to meet some of the people you’ll be working with.

How long are the projects and how big are the teams?

On average, projects last between 6 and 12 months, but shorter or longer projects are not uncommon.

We are recognized for the quality of the people who make up the organization. Our delivery teams are multidisciplinary, bringing together AI software developers, data scientists, technology managers, agile project managers and product managers.
